3. Enrollment and Payment Terms

3.1 Course Registration

3.2 Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless alternative payment arrangements have been made
• Payment plans, if available, must be approved in advance
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

• Payment processing fees are non-refundable

3.3 Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Available within 7 days of course start date.
• Partial Refund: Prorated refund available within 14 days of course start date.
• No Refund: After 25% course completion or 14 days from start date, whichever comes first
• Refund processing may take 1-2 months upon request.
• Administrative and processing fees may be deducted from refunds

4. Student Responsibilities

4.1 Academic Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes regularly and participate actively in coursework
• Complete assignments and projects on time
• Maintain academic integrity and avoid plagiarism
• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
• Follow all classroom and online platform rules
• Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment

4.2 Technical Requirements

Students must provide their own:

• Computer meeting minimum system requirements
• Reliable internet connection, though wifi will be provided for students without data upon request
• Required software licenses (some may be provided)
• Backup solutions for work and projects

5. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, code samples, assignments, and assessments, are proprietary to Anchorsoft Academy. Students may use materials for personal learning but may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials
• Share login credentials or course access with others
• Record, screenshot, or copy protected content
• Use materials for commercial purposes without permission

5.2 Student Work

Students retain ownership of their original projects and assignments. By submitting work, students grant Anchorsoft Academy a non-exclusive license to use such work for educational, promotional, and demonstration purposes, with appropriate attribution.

6. Code of Conduct

All users must adhere to our community standards. Prohibited behavior includes:

7. Career Services

7.1 Job Placement Assistance

We provide career support services including resume review, interview preparation, and employer connections. However:

• We do not guarantee job placement or specific salary outcomes
• Employment success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and skills
• Career services are available for a limited time after course completion
• Students must actively participate in career services to receive benefits

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability
